The Ocean Action Hub is currently hosting a series of moderated online discussions on implementing Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 14: Life Below Water. You’re invited to participate, as part of the global stakeholder input process for The Ocean Conference in June 2017 at United Nations Headquarters in New York.
The virtual discussion forum is seeking your ideas on challenges, approaches, calls for action and partnerships for realizing SDG 14. The discussions run throughout March and April, moderated by experts from the UN and civil society, focusing on each of the Conference’s Partnership Dialogue themes. The first discussion opened on 6 March looking at SDG14.1: Marine Pollution, followed on 9 March on the theme of SDG 14.3: Minimizing Ocean Acidification and continue for three weeks.
To participate, visit the forum online here: www.oceanactionhub.org/ocean-forum and post your response to the discussion questions. We look forward to receiving your contributions!
